Hi,

Just to state the obvious, “Your column is full of humour (the term humour shipped with a warning underline in red signaling the impending apocalypse caused by the extra British ‘u’)”.

But the point I wish to make is that you may consider showing only excerpts on your blog’s monthly archive page so that we get to know you have written more such brilliant pieces of literature than the single one appearing on the page.

It also helps folks like me who have a terminal affinity to the name “Barkha Dutt” wherever it appears, to seek and navigate to that particular post enriched with that name (as an aside, are you sure the spelling is Barkha and not “Burkha” – just imagin Barkha in a “burkha“!).

As a confirmed (by myself) expert on WordPress, I offer you all help to make that happen, though it can be easily messed about by anyone.

The long and short of it is that, it is better to have excerpts on archives page instead of full posts, so that the visitor can browse through and select one that appeals his mind for detailed poring on. Hope this bashyam has made my point clear!
